By using the WatiqaSign platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be authorized to represent your organization when creating an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.

Nature of the service

WatiqaSign provides a platform for managing simple electronic signatures and document workflows.

WatiqaSign does not operate as a qualified trust service provider and does not issue qualified digital signature certificates.

Users remain responsible for ensuring the selected signature level is suitable for the relevant document or transaction.

Intended use

WatiqaSign is designed for everyday organizational documents such as:

• Internal approvals
• Operational agreements
• Low-risk documents

For sensitive or high-risk transactions, advanced signature services or a qualified trust service provider may be required.

Acceptable use

Users agree not to:

• Upload unlawful or harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data
• Disrupt or attempt to compromise the platform
• Use the service for illegal activities

Documents and content

Users retain ownership of documents they upload.

Users grant WatiqaSign permission to process documents only for the purpose of operating the service.

Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of documents sent for signature.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription.

Non-payment may result in account suspension or termination.

Security

WatiqaSign applies security controls to protect data and signing logs; however, users remain responsible for their own organizational legal and regulatory compliance.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to the platform, software, and branding belong to WatiqaSign.

Third-party services

The platform may integrate with external services. Those services are governed by the terms of their respective providers.

Account suspension or termination

WatiqaSign may suspend or terminate an account in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected misuse
• Compliance with a legal obligation

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatiqaSign is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or loss of profits or data resulting from service use.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
